  1. 1. Information We May Collect

Everlasting Hope may collect information reasonably necessary to process a donation, such as the donor's name, contact details, donation amount and date, payment or transaction reference information, selected campaign or beneficiary, and other information voluntarily provided by the donor. Everlasting Hope should not request passwords, PINs, CVVs, or online banking credentials.

  2. 2. Purposes of Processing

  3. 3. Sharing of Information

Everlasting Hope will not sell donor personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to authorized personnel or service providers such as payment processors, banks, accounting or technology providers, auditors, and government authorities when required by law.

  4. 4. Data Protection and Retention

Reasonable organizational, physical, and technical safeguards will be used to protect donor information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or misuse. Information will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for its stated purpose or as required by applicable law, after which it will be securely disposed of or anonymized when appropriate.

  5. 5. Donor Rights

Subject to applicable law, donors may exercise their rights regarding their personal data, including access and correction and other rights provided under the Data Privacy Act. Privacy requests may be directed to Everlasting Hope through its designated privacy contact.
