Donation Terms & Non-Refundability Policy
These terms apply to donations submitted through the Everlasting Hope website in support of cancer patients, related assistance programs, and the organization's charitable activities.
1. Voluntary Donation
All donations are made voluntarily and without expectation of receiving goods, services, repayment, financial return, or other consideration in exchange.
2. Non-Refundability
Once a donation has been successfully received and accepted by Everlasting Hope, it is generally considered final and non-refundable, particularly once the funds have been allocated, committed, or disbursed for their intended charitable purpose. Duplicate transactions, processing errors, unauthorized transactions, or other exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, subject to applicable law and payment-provider rules.
3. Use and Allocation of Donations
Unless a specific fundraising campaign expressly states otherwise, the donor authorizes Everlasting Hope to determine how the donation may best be used to support cancer patients and its charitable programs. Where a donation is designated for a particular patient, campaign, or purpose, Everlasting Hope will make reasonable efforts to apply it accordingly. If that purpose can no longer reasonably be fulfilled, funds may, where legally permitted, be redirected to another cancer patient or a related charitable purpose consistent with Everlasting Hope's mission.
4. No Guarantee of Outcome
A donation does not guarantee a particular medical, financial, or other outcome for any beneficiary. Everlasting Hope will administer donations in good faith and in accordance with applicable policies and laws.
5. Donation Records
Everlasting Hope may maintain donation records for verification, accounting, auditing, reporting, donor support, fraud prevention, and legal or regulatory compliance. A donation acknowledgment or confirmation may be issued when applicable.
