Programs
Cebu house, then the families who cannot stay in it.
The team in Cebu City supports families in the residential shelter and families who remain in the surrounding community. The aim is to remove the barriers that keep a child from care.

- 01
Home Away from Home
A free place to stay while a child is in cancer treatment. Housing removes one cost and places the family near other families on the same path.
The Cebu residential shelter is for families who must leave home to reach treatment. Staff and houseparents keep the house running so caregivers can stay with their child.
- 02
Emotional and Spiritual Care
Care for the whole family, not only the diagnosis. The aim is steady companionship so no one has to carry treatment alone.
Staff walk with parents and children through fear, waiting, and long hospital days. Spiritual care is offered as part of that presence, not as a condition of help.
- 03
Psychosocial Care
Practical emotional support, coping tools, and help with the stress that comes with a cancer diagnosis and treatment.
Psychosocial care sits beside medical treatment. It helps children and caregivers name what they feel and keep daily life possible during a long stay away from home.
- 04
Family Support Program
Resources for the family while they manage a child’s medical needs, so the burden is not left on one parent.
Family support covers the practical side of a long treatment stay: guidance, material help, and a team that already knows the path between home, shelter, and hospital.
- 05
Medical Assistance Program
Help with high medical costs, plus nutrition support and transport to care.
Treatment costs, food, and the trip to the hospital are separate barriers. This program exists to reduce those costs so a family can keep appointments.
- 06
Community Outreach Program
Outreach that meets families beyond the shelter and keeps them connected to a wider community of support.
Outreach events address needs that continue outside the house: connection, encouragement, and practical help for families living in the surrounding community.
